• Component sourcing, selection & standardization for the particular technology field
• As a member of the development project team for product design
• To assist product engineers in ensuring a smooth flow of production
• To gather necessary and useful information on ways to improve the company’s product range and manufacturing methods
• To liaise with suppliers on components or part sourcing
• To gather, compile and supply technical information on design part
• To create, change and check the Material Master and BOM of the design parts in SAP
• To design and  develop structural parts, Fan and motor .
• To manage and ensure fabrication of  prototype, jigs ,  molds and dies meet schedule.
• To suggest and  conduct structural reliability test, fan and motor qualification test; provide necessary countermeasure to ensure product meet customer expectation.
• To identify, troubleshoot and provide solutions on  customers’ complaints.
• To suggest, review and improve on company’s design and testing standard.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess Degree in Mechanical Engineering with CGPA 3.0/ 2nd upper and above
• Candidate must be independent, good attitude and good interpersonal skill
• Have fundamental understanding of electrical, mechanical and thermodynamics/sound concepts, particularly
• Knowledge of 3D modelling will be an added advantage
