While an apple a day might not keep the doctor away, a surprise apple at lunch time can surely make the employees happy. That was the case on 26^th of May 2016. Red, crunchy Fuji apples sat in their boxes at the canteen, just waiting to be picked up by the employees. Daikin Malaysia and Daikin Research & Development  Malaysia employees were each given a free apple to cleanse their palate after lunch (and supper).

We had extra apples to go around so we shared the joy with our sister companies Daikin Steel Malaysia, Daikin Electronics & Development Malaysia, Daikin Refrigeration Malaysia, Group Associated and Acson Malaysia.

This is among the Company’s efforts to promote healthy and balanced eating, which is an ongoing effort.  The apples were well received as juicy apples are the perfect example of how something healthy and nutritious can also be delicious. The employees are already guessing as to what’s the next fruit.
