Responsibilities:
• Invoice verification and data entry for all invoices
• Manual non-inventory payment
• Manual cheque payment for suppliers
• Post goods received for non-inventory
• Vendors’ statement reconciliation
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies or related disciplines from reputable education institution with minimum CGPA 3.0
• Candidate must possess knowledge in basic accounting
• Basic knowledge MS office
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under minimum supervision
