Human Resources Executive (Training & Development)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Compile Traning Needs Analysis (TNA) and development plan for all level of staff.
  • Carry out, maintain and improve training and development operations to enhance its effectiveness.
  • Administer and coordinate various in-house and external learning and development programs.
  • Organise and assist in talent development projects and activities.
  • Monitor and report on HRDF matters.
  • Involve in staff orientation program and conduct briefing.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Engineering, or equivalent with minimum CGPA 3.0 or above.
  • Preferably Junior Executives with at least one year of working experience.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Execellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resourceful and able to work under minimum supervision
