JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Compile Traning Needs Analysis (TNA) and development plan for all level of staff.
- Carry out, maintain and improve training and development operations to enhance its effectiveness.
- Administer and coordinate various in-house and external learning and development programs.
- Organise and assist in talent development projects and activities.
- Monitor and report on HRDF matters.
- Involve in staff orientation program and conduct briefing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Engineering, or equivalent with minimum CGPA 3.0 or above.
- Preferably Junior Executives with at least one year of working experience.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Execellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful and able to work under minimum supervision
