• To lead and manage packaged product development projects. Packaged products consist of Ducted Split Air-Conditioning, Rooftop Packaged Air-Conditioning, Chilled Water Fan Coil Units and Modular Air-Cooled Chillers.
• To lead product development team.
• To manage product development projects to meet the target specifications, schedule, quality and material cost.
• To execute New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
• To work with NPI team members from Production, Engineering, QC, Material Control and Marketing in ensuring a smooth flow of pilot production and trial production.
• To compile and supply technical information on each product range to Marketing Department.
• To coordinate with Production & QC Department to ensure quality of finished products.
• To create and maintain the Material Master and BOM in SAP.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
• Minimum CGPA 3.0 and above or 2nd class upper
• Understanding of air-conditioning theory and the associated components
• Understanding of fundamental engineering knowledge related to HVAC, e.g. heat transfer, fluid dynamics
• Candidate must possess good communication and interpersonal skill, decision making, problem solving skill and good project management skill
